Pandora DFO Homebush

I visited Pandora Outlet Store in DFO homebush, on december 16th after lunch. The store was not really busy. I was looking for a bracelet for my mum. No one greeted me although i’ve been there for almost 30minites. Then i asked the indian lady to help me because i saw her didn’t serve other custome but she told me to wait. But when there was another customer who came into the store after me was served first while i’m ignored!

The staffs here are very friendly and accommodating, it usually gets busy but they will assure you will be served, I went there to have my bracelets and charms cleaned, they told to come back in the afternoon. I service is really smooth and good. Thank you guys!

Honestly excellent service, I came in today looking for a gift for my daughter and lovely worker named Sara helped me out. She showed me different options and it was overall a nice experience.

Worst customer service ever. Got the necklace just 2 months and started started to turn black. Came back to replace it and they said they cannot but can clean it. And 1 of the staff broke my necklace. And just didn't care, didn't even apologise.Disgusting service ever

staff was really unhelpful. Needed to find a gift and wanted charms and received no help other than ‘these are the only 2 trays of sale charms’I stayed looking around to see if she will further assist and she didn’t.Team definitely need training as they lost a big sale.It’s also sad as I’m a store manager in this centre and won’t recommend this pandora to anyone.

Amazing service, the girls in the shop are so nice specially Saviny and Leila, one of the stone of my necklace was missing, and I went to the shop they offer a brand new necklace to me. How lovely. Highly recommend, definitely come back.

I went into the store looking for a bracelet for my daughter and the workers there were amazing. They showed me the different bracelet option and charm options and were very patient with me. I’d like to thank the team there for the excellent experience and service.

They'll blatantly ignore you if ur a person of colour. The staff here has definitely got to learn on their customer service skills. Asked then a question about something but didn't bother replying.

I would like to compliment the lady named Maggie, who served me on Wednesday 23nd November at pandora dfo homebush store. She is very nice, always smiling, be patient and good service mind. The way she talked to me very polite and kind. She gave good suggestion how good match between charms and bracelets. She let me take time to choose what I want and feel happy with patient. I felt very relaxed and more comfortable to talk with her. I might say she is the best Padora salesperson since I became your customer at dfo homebush. Good customer service ever. Because of her, I went to the shop for 3 times in one day and spent lots of money with no regret. Next purchase I might go to see her again. Thank you Maggie ❤

A Big thanks to the staff working here, one particular member named Nicky (I think that was her name, a white blond haired member) who really helped me with choosing the right gift for my partner. She Loved it! Nicky was so nice, and though the place was busy she was always positive when helping. Defo recommend.
