Staff are always friendly and helpful.However maybe more training required on the stainless test'....Testing stainless with a magnet is not a true test for purity on 'stainless steel'"

I agree with all the comments about how good this place is. I’ve been bringing my cans back here for many years.I really couldn’t be bothered pre-counting my returns. I just like the friendly and efficient way the guys here do their job. And I like the dollars I get for getting rid of my cans and other bits and pieces I take there on a regular basis.If you’re gonna cry over a dollar here and there then your pretty pathetic. They are only human. I don’t think they would intentionally rip you off.I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Check you numbers, i counted them out into 50 per bag and we were down $5. Always seem to be about $3 - $5 down. We won't go back.

Took a heap of bottles and cans in. I had separated everything to make it easier to count and had it bagged and counted to know how much I would be getting back. Fair to say our figures where miles apart and I got significantly less than what I expected. When I made a complaint to the supervisor and told him I had counted everything I had brought in, I was told I should have notified the person prior to them counting my cans and bottles. It forced me to try another depot and I am very happy with Sims metal at Roseworthy.

quick and friendly staff..accurate.BUT. .if you count your own stuff and give it to them they appreciate it ..your in and out in no time ..WARNING. .be honest and don't spoil it for everyone. .great place .

Would have given them 5 stars but they have a sign on the entrance gate with the opening times for the Centre, which, you cannot read from the road when the gate is open. Business 101 - Make sure your customers know who you are, what you can provide them and WHEN YOU WILL BE OPEN, so, they can get it!!!!!
