3 Stars why? The Machine and operator get a solid 5 stars, a ripper job clearing low level scrub and wattle trees on a hillside completed with care and on site communication. The management could improve the level and nature of communication with the customer (a quick phone call saves a lots of stuffing around)Make sure you get a written quote so you fully understand what your being charged for and why, this saves any misunderstandings when it comes to part with your hard earned cash.
