Took my bike for a service. Had to ask for a price, and after a high quote for a couple of extras (including $30 for a tube change) I went with it because I just wanted it done. When I picked it up, I was sprung with a bunch of extras without notice. After all that, i discovered at home that they hadn't even pumped up my front wheel as part of the service.Very expensive and I was very upset that the basics hadn't even been done as part of the routine service.

Very helpful with a difficult rear tube issue on a recumbent trike. Offered a free solution and I will be back to spend real money there in the future.

Very good friendly service.I was after a small nut and spring for my kids bike. The guy chased it up out the back from his spares and refused to charge me. Great service. I will definately be back for my bike service.

Had my electric bike fix by Travis or his brother Brett ( I believe from memory), and have always done a tight professional job. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait process, but I would prefer them to talk there time and do a class job than rush it through. My front rym was bent from a big accident. But Travis was able to bend it straight again and unbuckle it. I have also had other jobs such as break bleeding and replacement this was when I had to wait but again the job was done correctly and it was in the middle of the COVID plandemic so stock was low everywhere expressly with bikes and bike parts. Overall a great store and service, so it's my regular bike shop now. Keep up the good work lad's.

Paid $140.00 for brake bleeding on my 3 scooters, got a discount ...COOOOL! CLAP CLAP CLAPExcept the fact that nobody checked if the work was done before taking the money, or checked the work was done as they wheeled the bike out the store, that's just slack workmanship with zero love for your job, Had I picked up the bikes instead of my wife , you would have had a 1 to 1 lesson on how to do your job, so now off to e-bay to buy a brake bleed kit and do the job properly myself, just so happens that the photo is of my 6 year old bike who complained he had no brakes...this is how we got it back! Focus on your job instead of the Tv!

Was very pleased with the great help I received with bike for grandson. Very friendly service. Will be back.

Have tried this place twice to support local, once no capacity to do the work in time despite small job, fair enough, second time went for lube, 50ml muc off wet, no price marked, $20! RRP is 13 but can be had for 10. Very expensive.

Staff here are inattentive and only give you the bare essentials to be classed as customer service. Always out of stock on popular items. Ive had multiple bad and unprofessional experiences here. They should sell dissapointment instead
