I had a pool liner repaired,The patch actually didn’t work at first.I let them know and they responded and repaired it again no problem.

10 stars out of 5. Luke did an amazing job on our pool. He treated the pool like it was his own, going the extra mile above and beyond. We had three major cracks repaired in our concrete pool and a complete tile re-grouting. Luke also did some tile repairs, going out of his way to source tiles, doing a superb job to make the pool look new again! Highly recommend Luke and his team.

Luke and Steph gave the best customer service we have ever experienced. We have been trying to get our pool fixed for 3 years, and other pool repairers just made it worse. Luke was great at fixing the problems he found and gave us multiple problem solving solutions to chose from. I cannot stress how good it has been to find these professional and caring people who looked after us through the whole process. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lost of communication kept us in the loop and up to date during the job and the finished product is something we can be really proud of. Thank you for giving us an outstanding revamp of our old cracking concrete pool, it looks a million dollars.

Leaky Finders are simply brilliant! I am in the pool industry and going into my 34th year of trading. There are certain jobs i find it better to contract out, leak detection due to the time and specialty required is one of those. Don't be fooled, Leak Detection is a specialist job that requires knowledge of what you are looking for and where to look, Luke knows where to look from his experience within the industry. Swimming pool and Spa plumbing is quite intricate, you really need a tradesman who knows what they are doing. I have used several Leak Detection companies over the years and to put it simply Leaky Finders are levels above the rest. If you want the best than Leaky Finders is that. The photo attached is of a job where concretors cut 3 separate pipes while carrying out repair work. They didn't notify anyone on-site and concreted over the cut pipes. I bought Leaky Finders into the job, honestly most would of walked away, Luke and his team persisted and located and repaired all 3 cut pipes and carried out the necessary repairs as well as replacing a faulty Hydro-Static Valve, Excellent work and a rare tradesman to find, there are not to many around these days.

Highly recommend Luke and Steph at Leaky Finders. Professional and friendly service at a very competitive price. Luke found our leak within 10 minutes and promptly repaired it. I have no hesitation in recommending them for leak detection and pool repairs on the Gold Coast.

Great local team to find a pool leak that was driving me crazy. Luke is very knowledgeable and such a nice guy. Explaining the process steps in what he was going to conduct. In the end a good result and could highly recommend this team.

I'm a little late with this review but I'm here to write a good one.We were topping up our pool almost everyday even on days that it rained then Luke popped over and fixed it up. After this we were still topping the pool up more than I would have liked but it was definitely better so I contacted Steph who was happy to send Luke over again (no charge for the 2nd time) and he found the problem quickly and we've not had to top our pool up since (June). For once our water tanks are still full! These guys were honest, professional, friendly and happy to come back a second time to take another look. It was just something small that they were able to patch up. I'd definitely use them again and their pricing is fair (no surprises). Cheers guys.
