Beware do not do a work placement with Social Vitality Solutions. The staff member who I had was very un experience in educating and providing any skills or knowledge about community service. Her approach to educating is not professional and you definitely would not gain the true skills and knowledge that is needed. She doses not give guidance and her teaching method is unclear with no structure and no clear directions on what to do. My experience with her was stressful and confusing, I would question if she has any qualifications, skills and knowledge in community service. As a supervisor she shows no leadership and has no experience in properly educating students. I would not recommend Social Vitality if she is to train students.

Social Vitality Solutions is the worst organization to do a work placement online, beware I had the unpleasant and unprofessional experience with a Staff member. They haven't got a clue on how to educate and provide the proper skills and knowledge for those who are wanting skills in community service. BEWARE a certain staff member does not provide guidance and proper training, her training methods are unprofessional and questionable. I would question if she has the qualifications, skills and knowledge to train students in Community Service. if I could give this a minus star.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANISATION TO ANYONE WANTING TO DO A WORKPLACEMENT.
