HK Nails

got acrylics done, had cuts on all of my fingers because they werent careful and now have very painful hands, didnt measure the size of the acrylics so are all different lengths and have already had 3 nails fall off same day. very bad quality. very rushed.

I cant comment on false nails but for natural nails they are pathetic. No care is taken to make sure that the nail polish applied is smooth and the nail polishes are put on way to thick. It would be nice to be spoken to as well but all conversation is between the workers in their language.

Showed them a reference pic, said it was easy. Lady was really rough with my hands and fingers, I bled and I don't normally. Once painting started I noticed it was nothing like the referenece pic so I stated that and they got annoyed at me and were complaining about me infront of me in their language, little did they know I am bilingual. They charged me extra bc I pointed out they couldn't do my design. Keep in mind they only painted one nail so I noticed as soon as I could. My design was only black tips on a stilleto shape and they struggled and took over an hour to do. And I left with a botched set that were way overpriced and no where near even on length. Very disappointed considering the pics they post on their Facebook.

Great quality shellac that doesn't just peel off, the best I have had. They do a very nice and relaxing pedicure too.

Staff were ok. The lady who did my nails was kinda rough and it hurt a bit. But she also did an amazing job. Can't fault it, very well done.

My 8-year-old daughter and I have been here twice and loved it both times. They have just installed new massage chairs which are fantastic. Thu is very good - gives a great leg / foot massage, and has attention to detail and is friendly and polite. My daughter and I love this special treat. We will be back!

Went in at 5pm and got told to come back at 6pm (waited in the centre for an hour!!!) went back to the salon and they gave me the book to pick a colour, 10 minutes later told me they couldn’t do my nails anymore and asked me to come back tomorrow…. Poor service!!!!!

I can’t say I’m hugely happy with my nails but I’m even more disappointed by the staff ignoring all their patrons and only talking (and arguing) amongst themselves ... to the point it’s hard to discuss what you want done to you nails. This has been the case on both the visits I’ve made there.
