I recently hired Titanium after Callum was highly recommended to me by a friend. They did a significant amount of electrical work at my home and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and always went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right.One thing that really stood out to me was their willingness to come up with creative solutions to any issues that arose during the project. Rather than just taking the easy way out, they took the time to think outside the box and come up with solutions that were both effective and practical.In addition to their high-quality work, I was also impressed with their honesty and integrity. We have used Callum and his team for a couple of fairly extensive jobs including a complete replacement of our power switch board and entirely rewiring to a new a power pole. The previous electrician who quoted this job failed to notice the main the cause of of the issue, which made Callum's teams' competence all the more valuable. Most recently we have had a spa and a car charger installed. The job was tricky due to access (we mainly knew this because other electricians refused the job and complained about the complexity). Callum happily completed the job in a very neat, tidy and efficient manner, always considering aesthetics as well as practicalities.Excellent communication, knowledge, timing and delivering on promises at competitive prices has consistently been our experience.Could not recommend this company highly enough.

We have used Callum and his team for over 5 years for a lot of different electrical problems and cannot fault his professionalism, communication and knowledge. Callum is a perfectionist and his quality of work and dedication is second to none. The team are punctual, good communicators, very knowledgable and there is no problem too big or small. The whole team is lovely and I can't recommend them enough. We have used them for security cameras, LED lights, heavy pendant light hanging (in a very tricky spot), Wifi issues, new power-points, remodelling outside etc etc

It was a really great experience overall. Ben was extremely efficient and professional. This was the first time I have used their service and right from the first interactions with both Ashley on the phone and Ben in person, my first impressions were that they are really friendly and very straight to the point and competent. Ben knows exactly what is required as I explained what I wanted done when I showed him around the apartment. I was also very pleased with the quotations. I was advised and given an option for cheaper alternatives to the original parts. Eventually, when the actual work was carried out, Ben and his colleague confirmed my first impressions were right. Everything was completed exactly to my expectations, they were punctual, got on with the job straightaway and totally delivered.
