Motobean Coffee Roasters

This is my first time ordering from Motobean and I want to scream my love for this coffee from the rooftop. Motobean's service is nothing short of premium, with my beans being hand-delivered by a bubbly, cheery and lovely gentleman. The coffee itself is absolutely delicious, and meets its promises of being freshly roasted! I ordered the safari pack and have only tried the reaper blend thus far, but it is a magnificent coffee which packs a bold, moreish punch. I look forward to being a repeat customer from this amazing business :)Update: I am adding to this review I had left at the start of the year as my family and I have continued to buy our beans from Motobean and we still have nothing but amazing things to say. Delivery is always prompt, quality is consistently scrumptious and some extra goodies were thrown into our last order which absolutely warmed the hearts of our entire family. We've all decided that we plan on being life-long Motobean customers. Honestly, nothing else compares to these beans - once you go Moto you don't go back.

Conveniently located just minutes off the Calder. Great ambiance (particularly if you like veteran motorcycles and cars). Great, friendly service and great coffee. I took home a packet of the 'house blend' and find it terrific to make at home. I did not stay, but had a look at the accommodation and it is brilliant. Will definitely visit again.

Mini coffee roaster and brunch restaurant on the way to Castlemaine. Worth the journey from Melbourne to enjoy the food, well made short black and nearby park.

Awesome place for lunch on a weekend. Food was huge and delicious. Great decor and staff were very friendly. All important thing was the coffee was great.

Whilst out for Saturday Drive in the Macedon Ranges discovered this little gem of a place in Malmsbury. Very generous & yummy food serving for a great reasonable price. Cuppacino and chai latte was really nice. Clean and tidy and friendly staff.

In for Sunday brunch after a weekend away wedding. Had the Paleo Rider (Awesome). The staff took care of us, 4 adults + 4 kids on a crowded busy morning. Very happy with the coffee. Service was a tad slow because it was very busy, but they get a 5 from me because they handled it all with aplomb.

Am absolutely in LOVE with Motobean's various blends. The Racer blend is a staple in my household - currently awaiting a new Espresso machine, so I've been using it temporarily plunger style and it has a very impressive taste and aroma!It's been quite a while now since Motobean packed up the kitchen and stopped hosting a cafe in Malmsbury, to which it is now purely an independent roasting business. The cafe has since been taken over by a new restaurant business, but I haven't heard great things to say the least.Will continue to use Motobean products for as long as I shall live (happily caffeinated) :)

Classy ambiance that would not be out of place in Melbourne city centre; close to a beautiful park, in a quiet country Victoria village. The food is great. Interesting fashion and health options. Really nice coffee. Friendly service. Then you come to pay, and there is a charge for anything but cash. Even if you are using a debit card! Big turnoff. Anti-technology? Or just cheapskate treatment, given that people like to avoid cash. A bit like cinemas trying to charge you a couple of bucks extra for booking online and reducing the workload of their staff (and improving their security, and reducing the hassles they have handling and banking cash, and helping to reduce queues)Four stars for everything else, reduced to 2 stars for cheapskate stealth charges for using a card for payment.Anyone who feels we should be pushing to eliminate the need to carry cash should instead try one of the many other excellent cafes in the area who don’t sting you for using a card.
