They care so much about our animals and it shows. They help. They don't give you worst case scenarios (like some I could mention.) Clearly don't make mountains out of mole hills for more money ( ditto). My two dogs now know all the team and they get very excited about going ( unlike some I could mention!)

This is my fur pet's first visit to this practice for her 10 weeks old vaccination. There are so many options in Shepparton/Mooroopna region and the reason I have booked for our first visit with them it is because I have done some researches online and reading the reviews. The overall experience was a pleasant one. Emily was the vet who examined my pet. She is professional, efficient, honest and unrushed. Also given me printout to read as a new pet owner. I rated 4/5 star because punctuality can be improved. Overall experience was a great one! Thank you to the friendly team - receptionist and nurse!
