Size of the chicken compared to the bun?Ridiculous.The first bite was just bread and way too much mayo.Half the lettuce wasn't even in the burger.Such a mess.Server looked like she didn't want to be there, not customer friendly at all.Not a great experience.

I wouldn’t even give this 1 star. I made a point to to tell the server that I wanted fresh food because my past few experiences had also been bad. Surprise surprise the chips were stale and cold and all tipped into the bottom of the bag. Well done McDonald’s you did the exact opposite of what your customers want.0 stars for me. Won’t be returning.Do your actual job and provide good customer service and food.Bad bad service.

Always filthy but worse during night service. While they have 10+ staff members behind the counter, you never see one on the floor cleaning up, bins are always full to the brim and you’ll never not see food on the tables or floor. It seems that there’s a lack of care regardless if it’s a fast food restaurant or not. No customer deserves to walk into a filthy food establishment. Don’t expect your food to warm either, half of it comes out stale or almost cold enough to call a dessert.

Worst customer service ever. I order with my family 2 Quarter pounders 6 chips 2 filet of fish 3 mcchicken 1 crispy chicken deluxe and 24 chicken nuggets enough for my whole family and kids and when I get home the two quarter pounders were missing. I call the store manager Taylor to tell them my order is missing and they denied it just because they’re ”crew” said so. This isn’t the first time. It’s not a matter of the $14 that was missing but the principle of the subject.

Worst drive through ever. After pulling up and waiting for someone to take my order for five minutes, they instead take the order of the other car that just pulled up. Then I was asked to waiting in their bay, after 12 minutes of waiting I enter store to ask about where my order is only to be ignored. Had to yell for attention, works out my order had been sitting there ignored. No apologies. The meal was cold and sauce everywhere. Never going there again.

Not sure why it's called fast food. Waited 25 mins for a burger meal with a bottle of water for 1. Understaffed and food/ milk spilt on floors in work areas not being attended to. OHS??? Took 1 bite of burger. Gave to my dog when I got home. Chips were hot and edible so at least I had something to eat.

Chips soggy nuggets don't even look normal there oil must need to b changed seems to b everytime i go there so dunno what goin on but the food quality has got to be the worst orderd 10 nuggets and got 9 was a first for me never ever have had wrong amount and then the bad quality just tops it off pathetic considering the one 5 minutes away is killa quality

Whilst the food is as good as one expects, the majority of the employees didn't know what they were doing. We were ordering using the machine, however there was an issue with two machines. The first machines touch mismatched with what was happening on screen. The second time the machine wasn't us go back and change our order. We asked two different people to help us and they couldn't help us both times. Further the managers were just sitting and watching and I understand they may have been on their break but surely if you see three people crowding one machine, you could consider helping them(?)The service wasn't that busy and I ordered a deluxe frozen blueberry and grape however I received a normal frozen drink. However the girl at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind, and timely with her response.Nevertheless the place was clean so can't complain.

Ordered cappuccino in between 8:50-9:00PM at drivethru… Given me very cold coffee by manager.I went back and asked my coffee is not hot.Manager reckons that’s my bad.The premise’s of coffee machine area was disgusting. Coffee beans were everywhere on the floor and allover the cabin near cake display and the manager who served me is very unprofessional.

We ate in, our food took about 20mins to be ready, I'm pretty sure it was sitting packed in the bags under the headlamps for a good 5mins. The food was just warm, by the time we got to our last nuggets they were inedible and cold. The customer service was OK well mannered but not very attentive. The playground is quite small, however, I'm not complaining about that at all because of where the restaurant is located a large playground is not necessarily being it is located in a business park zone.
