Two products i ordered from the failed to work on delivery. When i wanted to send them back they instead told me to contact the manufacturer as they1. Dont do returns at all of products they sell2. Dont do refunds3. Dont provide any after sales support.Buyer beware. They'll take your money and then wash their hands of you.Nearly all the products are made overswas as well, so after no response ftom the manufacturer of either item, i am now out of pocket.Very poor business.

This store is fantastic. They supply medical tools and books. I purchased a Littman Classic II stethoscope spare diaphragm and accessories. The parcel arrived in less than 24 hours. Fitted very nicely like a new steth. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you.
