The food was so tasty and flavoursome. Elected mild and BBQ rather than spicy, and so glad! Savoured wvery mouthful. Our server Kim was efficient; her employer should do everything they can to retain her! Allergen information sheet was a massive bonus, thank you! We'll be back....

Nandos at Carousel really needs to lift their customer service and provide at a very least clean tables and floors.I mean you come here for a good food and even happy to wait 45 minutes according to the team member, can they not think of cleanliness at all ??City of Canning also needs to pay attention for the unhygienic and filthiest place to have your dinner.PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR STANDARDS.

Chicken served nowadays is way too small! Almost half the size in comparison to before. Quality and service has dropped significantly compared to previous management? Sweet potato fries were soggy and cold. Dirty tables were unattended to for ages. Staff looked unbothered and were just mucking around in the kitchen with no hairnets or masks. Not happy Jan!

Dry chicken and burnt. Service slow and ambience terrible! Cluttered store more so with trolleys being brought in. People bumping in to you while eating. A poor experience. Up your game!

Nando is always delivering on their promise - quick and tasty food (with the added bonus we avoided the usual queue - lots of people like it as much as we do). Tried the Quinoa Superfood Salad with tenders (extra hot, nothing else would do) and it was fresh and filling (had to reach for some of my daughter's peri peri chips though - so good). The team was fast, efficient and friendly and the food arrived Fast and Furious" - will be back again and again."

We all know nandos, so i will go straight to the services in carousel. My experience were seamless because even though there is a lot of queue on thursday night we go straight to the table and use the apps to order, the wait was not that long and they will send the food to your table. To be sure i went and double check with the waitress and she confirm my order was in. The services was good in my opinion, staff very helpful and whatever i ask they help me and get to it. A little bit busy here but overall a good nandos to go to. We ordered whole chicken with spicy rice and peri2 chips, taste awesome as usual

Me and friend ordered the same thing and my came out 17 min later.NO BACON IN BURGER!!TERRIBLE LETTUCE!!Restaurant was TERRIBLE mess!!This place need help!!Don't go here!
