Cash’s Floor Coverings

If i could rate them no stars i would. Disgraceful company - ordered carpet and vinyl and was told a week and a half to get product in. Was contacted at last minute to say carpet wouldn't be in for 2 mths so we went out of our way to call in and pick a different carpet so we could have it all done asap. Then Cash's contacted us again at the last minute saying the installers can not so it so 22 days after initial installation date they finally laid carpet but we again were contacted the day before saying they don't have the lino. Omg the whole thing was a nightmare. The contract layers didn't have a good thing to say about Cash's and were also put out when the quite had not accounted for certain things and Cash's had not ordered enough lino.After the lino was laid Cash's sent us an invoice for an extra $900 which was for a $100 bag of leveling cement and the 1 hr it took 1 man to do the extra work, we requested this be itemised and they refused which is illegal. Trying to communicate with them was just as appalling, they never answer their phones or respond to emails - we eventually got a call from the owner only after refusing to pay the bill for the 5th time. End result was we still paid an extra $200 (my partner bargained this if it was me i would of taken them to ACCC for not fulfilling their contract) the carpet looks good but the lino was a dodgy job- bubbles, not sealed properly at joins, not laid all the way up to cupboards. I definitely do not recommend.

The service here could not have been better. The sales lady was so kind and helpful. Our job was a very small and insignificant one, but she gave us options and recommendations. Really appreciated it.

This company suffers from a lack of communication, no one will return calls, when you do speak to someone they have no idea about the job that you have on. Will never do business with them again.

wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. they supply incorrect flooring for purpose, when you ask how to clean it or something to be done about it you're told to deal with it yourself and hung up on.
