Really friendly gym and high level coaching. Would recommend to anyone to visit or join. The space was clean and the training partners were safe to roll with but competitive. Will visit again. Thanks for having me!

Went for the first time with zero experience and it was welcoming, safe and Kane was extremely knowledgeable. Skill level, any pre existing injuries and other factors were all spoken about and taken into account before starting. Would recommend/10
