Very rude receptionist- don’t ever be too busy to talk to her if they call you regarding payments or appointments. Very disappointed for a service that is dealing with people going through times where they are seeking support. On a side note therapist is very very qualified and professional

For a psychology clinic focused on “being the best version of ourself” the level is support is incredibly questionable. It is exceedingly worrying the lack of support given to their staff- especially in relation to their own staffs mental well being.

Kristie has been my mentor and supported me through out three years when I worked here. Practitioners here are highly qualified and very passionate about what they do. Admin staff I worked with were mostly psychology students and super helpful with client queries, recommendations and bookings. It was a pleasure to work with those people, and I highly recommend this practice for professional counselling services.

The receptionist’s made me feel so uncomfortable as soon I walked in. was not friendly at all and made me feel stupid while asking questions. my therapist was great, super. but receptionist was not.
