Great customer service, very polite and punctual. Rite Trade has always performed our annual service and can never fault them. Very affordable.We well defiantly continue to use their service.

Cant really comment on the service because they never turned up to the Job or even called to cancel... twice!.First time no one showed up, and when I called the next day they were apologetic saying the tradie fell sick and didnt call anyone to cancel.. fair enough as these things do happen.However this happened again when we rescheduled and in the end took us 2 weeks to get a simple install done by another company and I never found out why they cancelled.Their service may be good, if they turn up to do it, but as far as customer service goes, definitely needs work.

This company is interesting . Sent email and waited for 1 week, but no response. Then phoned to book, but no one showed up to conduct the work on the booked day, without providing any reason and notice. Maybe they have great skill , but so far I can only see they are very irresponsible. This company is very difficult to contact.
