Real Christmas Trees

Sold a product that didn’t exist, offered every excuse under the sun when they couldn’t deliver on promises made. Delayed delivery twice with zero notice and still couldn’t guarantee a tree by mid-December. On top of this we had paid a month in advance, along with several hundred other people, and there was no allocation given based on time/date of order so really you’d stand a better chance of just turning up. Basically this outfit has zero concern for their own reputation, a very loose handle on procurement and forecasting and vague ideas about customer service. But they’re a Christmas tree company so what did I expect? It would be excusable if it wasn’t Christmas. Imagine disappointing kids at Christmas. These guys are the deadbeat dads of Christmas tree sales. Get in the sea.Edit: tree not ordered in my name. We paid $200 for a tree the size of my leg!Absolute joke, you’ve ruined Christmas, my fiddle leaf fig tree is bigger than this tree.Ordered and paid online and was expecting an amazing tree for the price, tree’s at this price in Sydney would touch the roof. You guys are a joke, charging premium prices for a less than premium product, I’m reporting you.

The Christmas tree was beautifully green, however, on the day 6 a big portion of brunches inside turned brown. Not sure why as I watered it regularly and used a special solution I bought from the Real Christmas tree shop. Otherwise still.looks good (day 8).

We purchased the medium sized Christmas tree and picked up on the 7th of December. It was great having a real tree again as nothing compares to the real thing. It is now the 30th and the tree is still up and has the pine smell still. Will keep purchasing our trees here year after year. Great business and very pleasant and helpful staff.

For the first time I decided to purchase a Real Christmas tree and heard of this place. First off, The phone reception was minimal at best so I suggest actually going into the store if you wish to purchase. I paid the $120 over the phone using my MasterCard and was told it had gone through and everything was fine to go ahead and pick up the tree on the agreed day. I have just called back and they are now claiming that there is no order in their system. Luckily I have my bank details proving otherwise but I will NOT be ordering through them again.

This small business is doing it tough. I appreciate the effort and communication from husband and wife team, when things don’t go as planned. They are bending over backwards to make sure customers are able to receive ordered trees or as close to order as possible, when supply issues are unreliable and out of their control. Beautiful trees, gorgeous ornaments- we bought another 3 this year. We will return again next year. Thank you

Really beautiful products and Christmas decorations, but ringing first week of November, told I am too early to order a real Christmas tree. Visiting mid-November, all potted trees sold out - work that out! Not sure how a store can sell out mid-November.
