Aquamoves

We only spent 4 days in Shepparton but this was a great find. Indoor heated pool, gymnasium and a great coffee shop. The staff were friendly and very helpful. First visit was mid afternoon and a little crowded but on advice of staff found early evening to be a better time slot.

How disappointing that the outside splash park is STILL closed. It should not take this long to test or replace pool pumps. Its embarrassing for council

Fabulous place to have a great family time. Modern and well maintained facility. Great structured classes for both kids and adults.

Nice facilities I used the spa mainly. Staff were friendly.

we were at a bday party we saw a kid drowning and the life guards were to busy gossiping to realize up until the kids dad went up and tolled them sadly the kid lived

My partner and I recently joined aquamoves. When we were signing up and paying all our fees we were told we would have 20/7 access to the gym. We were told we would have to wait and collect our fob for this access the next time we were in. However, when we went to collect the fob we were told we would have to pay $20 extra each to gain 20/7 access to the gym. Absolutely disgraced as this is not what we were told when we signed up. We would not have joined if we knew we wouldn’t have 20/7 access after paying all that money. Women on reception who we were dealing with when asking for the fob for 20/7 access was rude also. He’s not been a good experience so far !

There's some issues with some of the staff treating people going to the gym. A long wait times to get a private session.Otherwise a very good place to go the gym to. And I do appreciate the after hours pass the most.

It can be great or it can be annoying depending on time of the day and who's there. But that's par for the course with any public pool. They run a lot of classes and stuff so it's a good idea to find out when they aren't happening otherwise you might go in for a swim and find that the lanes you need to use are packed. Again pretty standard.I took a point off because the hydro pool is often too cold, and they have no policy against people just hanging out in the hydro pool like it's a public bath, which can make it difficult to actually use it for it's intended purposes. And unless in mistaken it's the only hydro pool in town

6 in the morning hydro temp is great and good company to boot!! which make it all worthwhile Great work by the team
