Great service, happy friendly staff.

Receptionist Jane is always pleasant and courteous, the radiologist is highly professional in her manner and always accommodating to those with disabilities, much preferred to Regional Imaging who charge like wounded bulls.

Good if you want more photos for a pregnancy scan but other then that their front desk staff is very rude, use attitude, judge you, talk back rudely and sit there shaking there head at you.

Extremely poor customer service. The Radiologist was quite flustered (often stating this verbally prior to the examination), due to the humid conditions in the room where the ultrasound was conducted. The Radiologist wrote up the notice for booking the next appointment prior to beginning the examination and in doing so she wrote wrong patient information upon the note. While the children present (ages 7 and 22 months) were respectfully behaved for the majority of the examination, nearing the end of the examination the youngest child, upon finding a ball in the toy box, did what a child naturally is taught to do with a ball, rolled it and then threw the ball. When at the reception desk and the wrong patient information was noted, the Radiologist then claimed it was the children’s behaviours that distracted her to the point of entering the wrong information.Firstly: The integrity of the Radiologist is lacking the skills of a professional to go so far as to project blame onto children, rather than admit her own mistakes and conditions of the workplace leading to her error.Secondly: Thank you for having toys to help keep children entertained and occupied, however, I would highly recommend you check the toys you do have in those toys boxes in the examination rooms for safety risks. I would think, that balls or any action based toy would be inappropriate for the environment within the examination rooms.

I prefer not to write negative reviews, so it's important to me to include the good things about Clearview Radiology Moe before telling you about what I viewed as bad.Kay so I've had 3 ultrasounds with them, 2 of them where just regular pregnancy scans the service was bulk billed, the staff are very friendly and they helped me out greatly by shuffling clients when I was late for an appointment that couldn't be rescheduled, lovely! However my last visit was elective to do the 4d pregnancy ultrasound that costs $200. I was assured upon arrival that if no quality images were captured then I would not be charged. For the entire appointment my unborn son had his hands, feet and cord in front of his face obscuring the scans to look something like a tumour or a smudged potato.The technician that did my scan tried very hard to make the baby move his limbs but it just wasn't happening, no one's fault. Once completed I was told to wait in reception for the disc containing the images, now I REALLY did not think I could be charged for the pictures that I'd seen on the screen but instead they charged me $150 which is practically full price!!. I can't imagine what kind of pictures you'd have to get to not be charged because mine were so bad I didn't even bother showing my family.I called a few days later and spoke to the technician I saw to explain my disappointment with the images, I asked if I could be rebooked without charge. He did apologise that I was unhappy with the results but all he would offer was that if I get another scheduled ultrasound they would try the 4d again at the time.....(I'm most of the way through my pregnancy so there are no more scheduled ultrasounds) and that's the reason for my negative review. It also annoyed me that he mentioned several times that he doesn't remember me because they're so busy and he kept calling me by the wrong name.If you're considering doing 4d ultrasound my advice would be that I don't really think it's worthwhile but if you choose to do it anyway, definitely don't choose Clearview Radiology Moe.

I cannot fault this place , the reception staff and sonographers are all so kind compassionate and efficient. As a community we are so lucky to have this brilliant service .
