I crossed Australia with a group of Japanese with acquired physical injuries. The team rode from Fremantle to Sydney using battery assist bikes similar to those sold by Blade Bikes.One cyclist was a below hip amputee, another was a lady who had knee replaced due to cancer.The battery assist gives a level of independence and mobility which makes these bikes a very viable form of transport, not just for weekend use.The best way to get an understanding of how they work, is to pop in and try one.

Brian helped me out with a motor controller for a bike I was fixing, he was very knowledgeable and spoke the ebike language. He also helped me pick a bike out for my mum who's just learning to ride again. Great bloke, definitely recommend!

Having seen first hand behind the scenes of the Blade Bikes, I can honestly say, the quality of the e-bikes are the most premium on the market. More so, the electric charge point (made in Australia) makes Blade Bikes one of a kind in our nation.
