I have purchased three items from this store. Two scooters and an RC car. I have always been very happy with the service and especially the after sale service. Justin really knows his stuff and he does a lot of research into the product before he puts it in his store. I recently purchased the 1600w with 52v Lithium Phosphate battery scooter. This is an absolutely fantastic product. It feels really solid and has a good top speed of 53km GPS and quick acceleration. I definitely recommend this store and all the products that they sell.

This store is absolute amazing, went there cause my valve was faulty, they fixed in 5 mins and really amazing work!! Also because it’s a simple job, they didn’t charge me for a penny! This store is now my go-to!

Called to have the back tyre of my electric scooter repaired. I had rung other places who were very unhelpful and gave a 4 week minimum turnaround. Extreme Toys were friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. They repaired the tyre on the spot and went the extra mile. I highly recommend them.

Some scooters I didn't buy from him, he did great job on them as well. Purchased a Dualtron 2 EX+ with a few modifications and shipping to remote Western Australia. Extreme Toys is DEFINITELY the go to place as they configure these with the newer components by default such as the EY3 controller. The scooter was clearly checked over prior to shipping so everything was secure and running smoothly on arrival.Thank you Justin and team.

I didn't buy my first scooter from extreme toys I didn't yet know of this business.When I had some problems and eventually was put in contact with Justin that was no issue.Having no knowledge of escooters I had no idea where to begin but Justin selflessly and happily gave me his valuable time to explain how to test and problem solve and repair my scooter.I have to say this was the best professional help I've ever experienced and I can only rate this business and owner at the very highest level possible.Highly recommend anyone to support and spend atExtreme Toys.
