Had TomKat roofing at our neighbours house for the 3rd time today. Grant access to our front yard so they get on neighbours roof. No problem. Have 3 kids at home and have to listen to profanities all day from their staff that would shock even the most understanding person. Damaged 3 pot plants and broke 3 plants including a sentimental frangipanni that was planted by my daughter. When my partner raised the issues and granted things got heated. The complete lack of care and profanity would be enough to put anybody off using these people. Been mounted 2 trucks on the footpath all day with no council approval just place cones there! I feel sorry for our neighbour who is a lovely old lady but the damage to the front of our yard. And there is no replacing items that we have grown ourselves! Complete disregard from the employees. call the company mate". Been throwing items off the roof on to the road all day as I am sure is part of their job! If we had not gone out to see the damage done to our plants they would have just left without a car in the world! Shocking behaviour!"

I just done my roof. Very happy. Tomkat Roofing is the best.Like most people, I don't know who is really good on roofing jobs but it is too late after the job done. So I checked customers reviews. I found Tomkat had good reviews which looked like real customers reviews.Because of Covid 19, my roof job had delayed for a few months. The general manager Rick and admin manager Lisa, their engineers - tiles roof team, and metal roof team members were very professional, listened to me and gave me the solution. Especially their metal roof team members did lots of hard and detailed jobs, really showed me they were highly qualified, so I called them engineers not roof guys. Tomkat Roofing not only gave me the best price they could offer but also delivered their nice and on time service in professional way.

Extremely happy with the service & work provided by Tomkat Roofing on our Wetherill Park Warehouse. We required replacement skylights to our factory and now our warehouse staff can see what they are doing!!Fast & Efficient and very easy to deal with. We have and will continue to highly recommend Tomkat to all!!

I contacted TomKat Roofing and waited 2weeks for an appointment for them to come on site. I made arrangements to work from home (tuesday) to be here for them. They did not show and they did not contact me to apologise and re-bookI rang them 30 mins after my 2hour timeslot to query were they were. The support person didn't contact them, just looked at the gps car tracker and said they are nearby and will be there soon. The next say I reached put again and got a response saying they would find out when they can reschedule. and still no contact from anyone.Their finished product may be" ok

Very quick and efficient and they were a reasonable cost

AVOID!!! We used TomKat after recommendations from neighbours and have been sadly let down time and time again. They undertook repairs to two separate parts of our roof and replaced a gutter. Both repairs were not completed properly. Extremely poor responses and customer service, extreme delays in attending to the matter and no responsibility taken for the additional damage their poor repairs have caused our internal roof. Beyond disappointed as we were originally thrilled with the guys on site, and the local recommendation is always a bonus.Will now be sure to advise everyone to AVOID AVOID AVOID unless they want 6+ months of constant issues.

Absolute poor work quality. With the amount of money I paid, the work should have lasted years. Unacceptable reasoning by the management and has zero accountability. Very costly in terms of time and money, choose another company.

Thank you so much for the replacement of my granny flat roof. Brad, Justin and James were so obliging. They did a fabulous job. My roof looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any Roofing work done.

Would not recommend this company at all!! 5 star price with 1 star quality. Issues with the initial quote which caused confusion with what work was going to occur. After appartently completing the works, whilst cutting an eave section (asbestos) with a reciprocating saw (don't think that's safe) they cut the power to half of my house. Made no mention of this to me and I only found out a few hours after they left as it was in an area of the house which isn't always used. The area of eave fixed looked like a child did it. Instead of using a hand saw to cut a corner a hammer was used instead (see the pictures). A free gutter clean was included but the end result is extremely debatable, they used a leaf blower causing a third of the built up leaves to go everywhere, the remaining two thirds stayed in the gutter and remained there until I cleaned it out. The mess left on the roof, for example, large clumps of cement mortar and broken old tiles was astounding again I had to remove them myself. An absolute shamble of a company that supposedly raves about awards and customer satisfaction.The ONLY saving grace to this fiasco of a company is their Office Manager, Lisa who assisted with compassion.Avoid this company and shop around, I unfortunately shopped around, however they were the only company who provided a quote and the work was urgent.

The guys who came for the inspection are pretty knowledgeable and it was nice and easy to understand what they were describing.It's a busy period for roofers and while it took a while to come to the house, I'm glad we waited. They really know their stuff.Having said that, I have not yet received a quote after almost 3 weeks, so I can't speak to costs and things like that
