We are travelling in regional NSW and stayed at Mudgee last night. My husband’s lap top stopped working inc wi fi connection, emails etc. He took it into Wicked IT this morning and they fixed it straight away. Friendly, local, competent, fair. Their suppliers wouldn't provide a Mac so I bought one on the net and they commissioned it and transferred all my files and reformatted them from PC. Job well done, on time and at a fair price

New software had caused several of my programs to crash on a Friday afternoon and I needed my laptop for a business trip on Monday. They put everything aside and worked on my laptop for 2 hours, staying back late to get it sorted and only charged for 1.5hrs. He was so calm and gently about the entire situation - can't thank them enough. This is the 3rd time I have used them and I have always felt they have exceeded my expectations. Terrific company.

Travelling through Mudgee and our computer failed to start up. Tried everything on Google with no luck. Took it to Wicked IT and dont know what they did but it is up and running again. From the first contact by phone to the service on the day can’t fault them. All back in a day. A huge thank you to all especially the warm and welcoming Beck. Great work with real customer service.
