A great team of ladies who do an amazing job. I loved how they did my hair, Katie fixed up my patchy blonde and did extensions. The hair washing basins are also amazing, you lay down rather than sitting up and it makes for a much more relaxing experience as your neck isn't hurting! Great prices for great services

As someone who normally hates going to get their hair done I cannot recommend Big Deal highly enough. Their hairdressers are extremely talented and make you feel so comfortable to be in their hands. It's my first experience going to a salon where I don't feel like I'm being judged or pushed. I'm so happy with my haircut and am looking forward to my next visit

The applying of hair colour was great. My staff were friendly enough. But I had an apprentice that didn’t wash the colour out properly, there was hair colour all around my hair line which I think should have been checked before cutting my hair. The haircut felt rushed. And the blowout I received was so bad. The apprentice did not seem confident doing it and I don’t feel like there was much help from the senior hairdressers. And I still got charged $160. I went straight home and had to wet my hair and style it myself. Not really worth the money and the time that I spent in there.

Seem like very lovely people. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I am moving back to Brizzy and had to cancel my appointment. But their level of customer service is amazing and getting back to me so promptly through the phone even though I was new and clueless about hair (I wanted to go blonde for the first time and wasn't sure what hair package it was and pricing and after sending them images, they were professional and right away pointed me to the right direction) and have never set foot in their store, I'm very impressed and grateful for their genuine outstanding help with enquiries. Highly recommend them honestly. I've never done my hair with them but from our exchanges I can tell how passionate they are and care for customers. Even from other reviews here, you can tell. Thank you Big Deal Hair, you are amazing.
