Kinsman Kitchens

The kitchen has taken more than twice as long as they said, cost more than the quote, the contract is full of pitfalls and protects them not you,, and kinsman dont take any reposibility for their errors. The finish is not great and the dimensions are a bit different from the plan too .Kinsmsn are difficult to contact, especially if there's a problem. It's been a gruelling 5 months since I signed their contract, and I need to warn you not to be taken in by the lovely rep in store or initial consult, just don't count on what they say, and take note of what they don't mention. The only thing premium about my premium kinsman kitchen is the huge price!

I’m not even to sure where to begin really. But firstly it’s July at the end of the week and our kitchen was installed in April and we still have missing cabinets and hardware that we’ve been chasing! Kinsman are happy to advertise what a great brand and business they have on the Block but gee wiz, if you’re just the average joe blow wanting a brand new kitchen, don’t even bother considering Kinsman!! I will 100% guarantee you will have issues. There have been ongoing issues right through the process, and if I listed them all on here, 1. You wouldn’t believe me what has been going on and 2. I’d be here all day and to be honest I’m so done with it all. Words that sum up the experience: disappointing, upset, infuriating. I read the online reviews after we signed the contract and they weren’t good (the ones I could find) and I told myself “they can’t be that bad, they’re business is doing pretty well and the quality and range they offer are beautiful, what would people have to complain about” that should have been the moment where we cancelled the contract because it went down hill pretty quickly after that!
