My dealings with Dev Chandrasekar from this company was a good experience, actually a pleasant experience. Dev is excellent in communicating the process from the beginning to the end. The installers of the the 27 panels were 2 very professional electricians who completed their work in 2 days. I very rarely write reviews but I had no hesitation in writing this recommendation for this guys.

Great service from every contact.The consultant Joan who came to my home and displayed the best sutomer service - listened to what I wanted, an Australian engineered and manufactured system. It's time we support our country and Neon Solar listened.Dev then arranged to obtain the system I wanted, I was overjoyed as no other installer was interested in listening and getting me what I wanted. Leah in the office - what a joy to deal with - again top marks for customer service.Then came installation time - and again, Steve and his son, lovely to deal with. They contacted me in the morning to give me their estimated arrival time and arrived right on time. I can honestly say they are cleanest and most efficient tradesmen that I have had working on my property in decades. They worked in awful weather conditions and finished the instalation in a day - they left the property cleaner than when they arrived .I was working from home and you wouldn't have known they had been there working at all - they didn't disturb me for anything.Dev then came and set up the online monitoring for me so I can see how much power I am using and how much power the system is generating. Its great!If you are looking to instal a solar system you can't get better than this team of professionals. I had contacted many before striking this company and stopped looking once I found them.Five stars to you Neon - you truely are the best.

I have been in sales for over 25 years and NEVER would I tell a potential customer that I will not drive 70km to meet them even though the appointment was made ahead of time. Alarm bells rang when Moss told me that he was only prepared to travel IF we were ready to sign up, otherwise emailing a quote will do. As a sales professional, I was horrified. The background message I received from Moss was that I can't be bothered to travel a few kms UNLESS you sign up

Unfortunately this company bought out the solar company I was contracted with almost 3 years ago. The work couldn’t be completed as the salesmen sold me a pup and the system wouldn’t have worked even if it was installed. After 3 years, I’m still trying to get my deposit back. They advised me to go after the old business owner - all with no assistance or support. Not good enough you bought the company and all of their customers. Watch out if you need a refund.

I am really impressed with the amazing service that I have received from Neon’s Solar Team.Starting from Moss the Business development manager who was kind enough to explain the whole process and pricing and how everything fitted together and with the government rebate very knowledgeable. I have been amazed from the installation team Matt, Anthony who not only did an amazing job installing the Tesla battery and the solar panels but have treated the house as if it was their own.Another big thank you to Dev Engineering lead who took the time to stop by once everything is configured to walk me through how I can best utilize the system.I really don’t see much a lot of business who go the extra mile for their clients, and I just had to say thank you all @ Neon Solar Systems.
