Worst Mc Donald's I ever been, and I seen many in the whole world. No plates, dirty tables, frites made of salt only, burger made of mayonaise and green salad, no tomato nothing else. No veggi offer as usual in Europe. I was realy surprised. Ah and the service didn't know about gluten at the banana bred (no Problem) but wasn't not willing to find the answers. I should have a look at the Mc Donald's Webseite. Yeah

Worst Customer service ever. Manager don’t have manners to talk to the delivery drivers. The manager with blonde and black coloured hair is unresponsive to the drivers and showing attitute like its her personal business. Discriminate between the natives and others. No good to go there waste of time

Absolutely disgraceful.Hastings MacDonald's has a real need to lift it's game.There is no point in putting 'cleaning in process' signs if you're not even attempting to make the effort to clean.Needed to use the bathroom, what a big mistake. No fear of COVID, but you might get hepatitis.Blocked basin with god knows what!, toilet paper on the floor, paper towel every where.Cigarette packaging on the floor at the counter along with bags and napkins.IT WAS disgusting. I mentioned it to a staff member and was told it would be addressed and then dismissed.In the hole time we were there it was not busy and yet no cleaning was done.Very disappointing.BUT I guess that's what you get when you have all juniors on staff.

Drive through service is atrocious. They serve one car and you wait for 4 or 5 minutes to be served after that. By the time I git to windows there were no cars in front. There were at the ordering speakers though! Absolutely atrocious service.

This store has recently been renovated and is fantastic inside. The interior is modern and comfortable. The playground is a absolutely winner.On our visit however despite being the only customer at the time service was slow as staff were arguing over a phone dropped in the staff room. Tables were dirty. There was quite a queue in the drive thru too.Pros: beautiful new store and a favourite amongst kidsCons: leadership may be lacking here as is not the first time getting wrong orders and slow service while store is quite

The coffee and most of their hot drinks are foul - watered down and taste disgusting. Have been many times in the vain hope that it's just the time of day or person who is making it, but it's consistently terrible.

Went to this McDonald’s on Saturday ( 17/6) and order 2 coffee from a young man called Cal, he took my order very rude about it, I step back in front of the McCafe section and I heard “don’t stand there I’m not making your coffees”Look mate if your having a bad day leave it at the door and get on with your job and that is treat your customers with a bit of respect, I wasn’t rude to you.

Quarter pounder came with no pickles at all when I ordered extra pickles. This happens on a regular basis when I usually pick up. This time I ate in so went to the counter to get it fixed. Crew member said that they were going to just put them in. I asked for it to be remade, crew member said very rudely to me fine" piffed it in the bin then yelled to kitchen to make a quarter pounder with extra extra extra pickles in it. Got said burger which had a really thick layer of pickles in it

Two all beef Pattie’s, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun BIG MAC!!How is that hard???Please have your staff read this review so they know how to make a Big Mac burger. Obviously there is a training issue here.Disappointing when you pay for something and receive some deconstructed mess in a box.Gone are the days when McDonalds took pride in good food and good service. :(

Absolutely fed up with this Mc Donald's. Why do we never get what was ordered? I mean NEVER. That means every single time I go through the drive through the order is completely wrong. I check the bag every time now, seems to be ok but when I get home and open up the food it's all WRONG.
