Approachable, Professional and Reliable. Summah and the team at Booths Reality are amazing. I have had a lot of dealings with real estate agents over the years and their quality of service is by far the best I have ever come across. I know from people who own rental properties through this realty have been treated pretty poorly with bad tenant screening damage to their rental property rents not been paid very poor communication from the property manager and the list goes on and on. So end result most property owners are left with damaged properties and out of pocket financially out of pocket due to months of rent not been paid.

Summah and the team at Booths Realty have gone above and beyond for us. When we purchased our first investment property, we were a little out of our depths when it came to managing tenants and maintenance. Since having Summah as our Property Manager, we have not had to worry about a thing. We are always notified and updated on developments to do with our property, and we trust it is in good hands.We have been extremely impressed with her professional and personable approach to her work. It's a pleasure working with Booths Realty, Working with Kloe has been a wonderful experiance, from the day she took my enquiry to now she is always ready to assist and communicates well and in a timley fashion. I am so glad I found Booths Realty and Kloe and decided to move the management of my property over to them after recieving very poor service from the previous realty.
