I told the lady to clean my eyebrows ( eyebrows r thick) and she cleaned my eyebrows to the point where it’s soooo thin && she didn’t really shape it right, they the both looking un-evenI am very mad at the lady !! Very bad !!!&& now I have to grow them out again & leave it til Bushy again for it to be thick !!

Lady who served me was very lovely kept asking if I was alright, offered me a tissue etc she was very nice and very good service. Would go back again!

I went to get my eyebrows tidied up. The lady took way to much off ignored the current shape that was clearly obvious. I am now left with these hideous straight shaped things on my face which are also uneven. She offered to fix the shape. Which I wasn’t letting her any where near my face again,They are way to thin for my face.I will never be going back their again.

I asked for a clean up . And got this.She took my eye brows right off..and now I'm stuck looking like this going to have to go get them microbladed on now because I can't walk around looking like this. Even worse ..is they're uneven

Usually come here to get my eyebrows done. But today at 4pm I was ignored by the lady working, she saw me standing there and saw me sign in through the COVID QR code so can’t say she didn’t know I was waiting after the lady in the chair. She rudely ignored me and put the chains up, didn’t even acknowledge I was there or ATLEAST simply say she would be back. I walked to grace threading and was well looked after.

I went there to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady was so unprofessional. Firstly, She was not welcoming and then she did a bad job with threading. It was painful and what’s worse is the shape was not even. Never going back to them again

I usually go there and she welcomed lovely and she is so lovely she ask alright when I feel painful no doubt threading is littlebit painful said that NO PAIN NO GAIN .I always go here .she fixed my uneven eyebrows.
