VERY RUDEI do not do Google reviews all too often as this is only my second. I just could not believe the poor form I received from this company even from the top apparently. Not even did they not just ruin my party with poor quality food and service I got on the chat service and was insulted there as well. They left about half of my food at the shop. They promise all you can eat or you do not pay. So they left a few meat scraps to cover themselves which hardly made a sandwich. We had to get pizzas as we ran out of food.LorraineHello! If you are looking to hire a caterer for any event in the future, I 100% guarantee that using All Suburbs Catering WILL be a disaster. I recently attended a birthday party with my family and I don't think you would find one guest who was happy with the plate of food they were given. The first alarm bells went off when they put down ONE tray of cubed cheddar cheese and chunks of cabonossi on a bed of limp/dead greens with a side bowl of salted peanuts. This was their interpretation of canapes for 50 guests. The main buffet, my stomach turns just thinking about it, was a selection of salads, think iceberg lettuce drowned in homebrand salad dressing with a can of the 3 bean mix thrown in, a dubious selection of sliced meats, beef, turkey and pork, the latter two being various shades of grey which were cold and congealed and a platter of seafood accompanied by a Jar of masterfood's tartare sauce - seriously it was an absolute joke. These people had paid for a catered event and All Suburbs Catering sent over a unedible buffet straight out of the 1980's served by two dishevelled retirees who could not have looked more miserable to be there if they tried.

All Suburbs catered our last two holiday parties, and last year's company outing. And of course they'll do the next ones too. Every event was an unqualified success full of creative menus, flawless service and a thorough cleanup. They listen carefully, cook beautifully, deliver on time and on budget.Highly recommended.

Accidentally called this place yesterday afternoon as I got my number mixed up. Got called back incessantly until I answered. Apologised when they said they were a catering company, as I didn't mean to call. No harm done.WRONG the man proceed to tell me that to take a F*** Valium and have a rest, then call the right number. I just hung up - shocked I had to look up this company as I have never experienced such rudeness over the phone. How this company is still running baffles me. Was an interesting read to see most of the other reviews said the same thing.

The food was in abundance and the professional caterer you sent on the day was absolutely amazing! Everyone commented on the quality and quantity of food. Absolutely dreadful. They were catering for a 21st birthday at the beginning of December, underdelivered and overcharged. And the attitude? Too rude and crude for words. Problem is, we cannot repeat the party and they know it when they negotiate. After the event they have the upper hand, you see? And... when I rung them to complain they swore at me! I say, best to be avoided from the outset.

Event staff were Rude and horrible to my wedding guests. Spoilt the whole night. Food was okay but chicken unedible. Took all the leftovers, Left a mess behind and then tried to make excuses for my feedback. Would not advise this company to anyone. Office staff were nice untill they heard our feedback then didn't reply to our complaints. Very unsatatisfactory service.
