B&B Glass supplied two shower screens in our house. They provided professional and courteous service. We are delighted with the work they carried out. We recommend to others. The two brothers are great representatives of Australian decency.

Would not recommend this company, was going to have another shower screen installed as per their Quote, but after the one that they have installed 2 weeks ago decided not to.The New Style Semi Framed shower screen 6mm Toughened Glass, Bright Silver Frames, Pivot Door.At the bottom of the door water leaks at the Silver hinge. We sent through a Video to the Mobile # that they gave us, after calling their Land Line.The gentleman came out this Tuesday 11/10/17, said... he had fixed the problem, a new Seal, but it didn't work.Wednesday morning 12/10/17, Morning Shower and the same problem, again sent the Video to the requested Mobile # after speaking to B& B Glass. Told, once they had looked at the video, they would call back. No response.Late afternoon, getting a little frustrated, still hadn't had the promised telephone call, so called again, to be told, there is nothing to fix the problem, of the leaking water from the silver hinge ... just great, are we to accept water will always run out over the tiles from the Hinge, told its the Shower Head, WHAT, is this just pushing aside the problem, your problem, being a faulty design of not sealing the Hinge to rectify water leakage.The gentleman, said we will refund your money, take back the Shower screen, which leave us no Shower Screen, and also $300 out of pocket as we had the Shower Screen Glass treated on their recommendation.It is very interesting to note, at our first visit to B&B Moss Street Slacks Creek Qld 4127, the gentleman recommended this full Glass Shower Screen 6mm Toughened Glass with the Pivot Door to be one of their most popular Shower Screens.Sounded great, good price and on this recommendation and customer reviews, placed our Order for the Shower Screen plus Glass Shelf to be fitted in shower and have an existing Mirror cut down and installed, all up a Balance paid to B&B Glass of $1165.00Waited as B&B Glass very busy, and eventually Shower Screen ready to be installed, plus shelf, Mirror needed to be fitted later as measurement was incorrect, not a problem happy to wait and have Mirror correct. Shower Screen Installed and not used, as having the glass treated. This has been done and paid for.It's very disappointing, B & B Glass, a local supplier here in Slacks Creek not willing to fix the problem, obviously a design fault and could be rectified.....but B& B Glass not willing to give great after sales service.We didn't ask for a Refund just WANT the Problem of Water leaking Fixed.Give great thought to using this company, please check out other Companies particularly their After Sales Service as B & B Glass have a very disappointing After Sales Service.Offered our money back which will leave us 300.00 worse off as we had the glass treated on their recommendation. At our first visit to B&B Glass Showroom, the gentleman recommended this full Glass Shower Screen Found another problem when cleaning the glass The side glass surround does not fit all the way into the metal frame hence it is very unstable at the end See photo attached Rang about this and was told we wont helpJust had the other bathroom renovated and chose Budget showers They did agreat job and even fixed the other shower for us

We arranged for B&B Glass to install our shower screen. It was a custom order with floor to ceiling smoke grey glass in a double shower. B&B Glass made the whole process easy and streamlined which was a load of our minds with other work going on at the same time for renovations. The guys were knowledgable, professional, competitively priced, friendly, prompt, reliable and were available at any time to help with questions or explain things to us. They took the time to explain how to care for the shower screen which I really appreciated. A great experience all round and I will be using B&B Glass again and I will recommend them to anyone needing glass. Thanks B&B Glass - loving my new bathroom !

This experience was rewarding, as I was given really good service at the Moss st store.I had little idea of what I needed for pool safety certificate issues, and the fella explained themand made helpful suggestions. I needed clear flexible perspex cut to size.A month later I found the need for clear perspex again, so went back.They were equally helpful , so I am happy to have discovered them.
