I used P3 Solutions to seal/water proof the roof in one of my investment properties. After paying over $1000 to do this work, there were still issues with water coming in. P3 then came out to check the issues and charged $350 for a call out fee, without rectifying the issues. The owner was unresponsive and refused to refund the call out fee, despite multiple attempts to find a solution. Would not recommend to use this company as they perform poor quality jobs, have poor communication and charge for work not done.
