Don't expect any results before 1-2months into your new job!The overall results were alright, but it took them 1 month to call my local former employer, and it took them another month to contact my former foreign workplace.

Very inefficient & pathetic when it comes to international capacity. If you have overseas work experience, especially if it is one associates with a non-english speaking firm, they literally have no idea of how to verify it. They also don't know how to prioritise, does not care about any connection between the information provided and its relevant for the job that you will be starting. They use a very inflexible/primitive approach when it comes to verification.
