My husband booked our Valentine’s Day Dinner here tonight! The food was great but it was the service by Tan that was truly outstanding to us. He was so easy to talk to & really took the time to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. He went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back! The place itself is so beautiful, we enjoyed the atmosphere, very cosy. Thank you so much!

Went on Good Friday just before midday, it was quiet but busy enough, the staff were quick, efficient, attentive and friendly and service followed suit.As it was Good Friday I had the crab omelette. The dish was very good, although the omelette wasn't as fluffy as expected. There was a decent amount of crab meat and the dish was flavoursome and well presented.The ambience and look and feel of the place is spectacular and immersive with the big video wall at the entry and pretty installations hanging from the roof, through to the mother of pearl table tops and gold cutlery.Can't wait to go back and try the steak frites and also the regular breakfast.

We came here as a group over the weekend to celebrate my sister's birthday over brunch. Absolute smash hit for a Sunday funday! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I had the blue swimmer crab omelette and it was excellent! We had a few cocktails and desserts. Must mention the incredible art in the restaurant (a Refik Anadol digital art-sensational!) and we had absolutely lovely service from Kevin. Thank you!

I have to say, my experience at Mayflower was nothing short of disappointing. While the restaurant's ambience was pleasant, the food was an absolute disgrace. I could tell that the cook was attempting to create some interesting and flavourful dishes, but unfortunately, the execution was sorely lacking.The flavours were muddled and indistinct, leaving me wondering what exactly I was eating. The dishes lacked balance and finesse, with some being under-seasoned and others being overwhelming in their spice levels. I had a feeling that the cook probably set out with creativity and all the right intentions, but had given up half way and decided to toss together random ingredients and hoped it worked out. Well, it didn’t.And don’t get me started on the drinks, which were also a letdown. The cocktails were poorly executed. They lacked complexity and depth, and the wine list was uninspired at best.All in all, I have to say that Mayflower is a restaurant that needs a serious overhaul. The kitchen needs to step up their game and start putting some real efforts to the fundamentals of good cooking. The drinks menu need to be completely revamped. As it stands, Mayflower is simply not up to par with the other dining options available in the area.

Beautiful decor and delicious Asian-fusion food. Highly recommend their kingfish entree and squid ink spaghetti. Great place for a special occasion, or a nice brunch catchup!

So I don’t normally post reviews but this one was definitely worthy of one! We had the crab omelette and the French toast. The omelette was quite pricey but both dishes were amazing. 5/5 for both. Would definitely go back and try the other dishes!

This cafe has a really aesthetic interior with decorations and a well lit ambiance. The food is decent with a range of tasty upscale cafe food. The crab pasta and wagyu burger are dishes to look out for.

Great service and the restaurant looked amazing! Nice portions, came here for brunch, will try dinner next time. My pasta was a bit soupy but overall had a nice flavour, didn’t really see the chorizos in it. Mochi ice cream were delicious! Stretchy, had the perfect texture.

Overall the food was too oily.The bread was fried and too greasy. Truffle butter was good though.The taste of toothfish was delicious and it’s sweet. Although it’s too oily.Recommend the king prawns.Nice environment and service.

Pretty interior and one of most instagrammable location. Mayflower St Leonards is quite different from their Surry Hills branch.Due to group of 7, we managed to order most items on the menu. We enjoyed the food overall and service was adequate.
