Fast, efficient and professional service. We've gone from having a clogged up dying hard drive to having a fast and efficient PC with oodles of space. Will certainly be using this service again if / when we have computer issues.

Strongly recommend Keith. Have used him a few times for data recovery. When other businesses say no can’t recover data, which happened to me, he somehow makes the impossible, possible and is reasonably priced. Very grateful for his service!!

Friendly service and was upfront with what he can and cannot recover. Recovered about 80% of my data which I accidentally deleted.

I highly recommend Keith, he was able to salvage most of my photos and files on my external hard drive at a reasonable price. I called others and they were so expensive. Please know there is a lot of hours and time spent on saving the data, so please remember this when booking in. I am very grateful I found the right person to do the job. I would like to say that I am disappointed in this service, I am being as objective as I can with my personal experience.Time managementVery poor. Initially was told that the job will take 24 hours. Next time I called it was 3 days and after that a week and finally more than 2 weeks. I understand that task completion is subject to change, but not telling an active client who is making time to visit the service for pickup is bad. Fortunately, I call every time otherwise I would have had many pointless visits.On the day of pickup, 26/05/2022, despite the website saying opens at 10 am, no one was present at 11:05 am when I arrived. I called 2 days prior to inform Keith I plan to visit on Thursday, no notification was given that he had a family event to attend to. I can understand there are more important things on your mind but it is courtesy to message any active clients that inform you of their visit that you won’t be available until later that day. Or at least update the Google page.When I arrived a small post-it note on the door said open at 12 pm. When the doorbell was rung no response until 12pm which I begrudgingly accepted. At 12pm when I rang the doorbell, I was told that it would take another 20 minutes. Keith opened the doors at 12:30pm. All in all the wait was about 90 minutes.ProfessionalismKeith seems like a nice guy but poor is the best way to describe the service. When you text the number on the card, expect either a very late response of several hours or none at all.PricingThe initial quote was $400 but this is just the base fee which overall is probably a number to lure new people in. This fee is subject to change on a whim from my experience. From the 12th of May the price rose each time I spoke to Keith. From $400 to $500 then to $550 and finally on the settle date to $600 cash. I was expecting to pay $550 on the day but it is what it is. Furthermore, I would like to clarify the initial quote also promised a hard drive to recover the files for free. I brought my own hard drive for recovery.Work50% of the 2tb were recovered. Keith did mention all the non-corrupt files were recovered only but objectively that is the % of recovery.OverallI can only base it on my own experience, I would not recommend this service. For the price you can probably go somewhere more professional with better time management and accountability.

i was looking for a data recovery service to recover pictures from my uni graduation on my SD card after losing them all. other places wanted to charge me an obscene amount for this. Keith's prices were fair and his service was quick and efficient. He was able to recover 95% of my photos and all within the same day

Do recommend keith as a service ! He is genuine and tried to help. Service is nice and they are kind enough to not charge for a failed attempt. Keith is highly reputable even amongst apple workers (that I spoke to).
