Third consecutive year using The Balloon Crew to send an annual gift and each year they deliver on a great balloon arrangement and work with the delivery window you need. Staff are always friendly and I would highly recommend if you want to send a balloon gift.

I ordered an organic balloon arch for a colleague's retirement. The Balloon Crew were very helpful from the initial enquiry, with Helen proving detailed info re options and pricing. Chris delivered and set up the balloons at the promised time and they looked great. I highly recomend The Balloon Crew!

Great experience!!! Ordered a simple table arrangement for my boyfriend's 40th. They looked great and managed to get them picked up by a friend and delivered straight to the Imperial pub. The balloon crew they said the arrangement was only guaranteed to stay up for a short time (10 hours/latex and 24 hours metallic...or something like that) 25 days later the metallic 40th Balloon is still going strong !!!! So here's a warning. I told my boyfriend it was his birthday as long as the balloons floated....he's had special treatment for over 3.weeks!!! Fail. :-)

I was assisted by a friendly and helpful young woman. The customer service was excellent despite over hearing one of the staff explaining to someone all the things that had gone wrong throughout the day. The balloons were gorgeous and not over priced, I paid what I would expect. I would definitely return here and recommend this business to others.

The Balloon Crew where absolutely amazing! Customer service was above and beyond. They helped us create a lovely assembly of balloons for our mum's birthday party. And we walked out happy customers a very short while later. Fantastic!

The Ballon Crew in Annandale is fantastic for purchasing beautiful party balloons. I have seen some of their Artistic Designs and would be a fantastic attraction for any party or event.I have been visiting this store for a while now and love buying my balloon sculptures from here.Must Visit!

The Balloon Crew were a great help to add the final touches to our work Xmas Party, Darling Harbour on a boat. The team assisted us to create the best balloon decorations to suit our venue offering a range of designs. We had an awesome 10m Chandelier Garland hanging from one level to the next, we could not have been happier with the design the team created! Thank you again, we look forward to working with the team in future.
