Sinead has helped to change my relationship with exercise and health in the best way possible. I used to exercise here and there with online programs but could never stick to anything long term and never got the results I wanted. Sinead has introduced me to strength training and I absolutely love going to the gym, working on my goals and smashing them! She’s a great motivator and really listens to tailor your training to get you the best results, and is so supportive at the same time. Would recommend training with Sinead to anyone, she’s the best!

Sinead is a great trainer whether it be virtual, at a home gym or in a fitness first gym. She takes the time to understand individual needs and tailors programs towards strength but also confidence in the gym. With a strong focus on technique and getting the basics right she’s brilliant for those starting on the journey with training. She also creates a wonderful community by offering group classes and boot camps to keep things interesting.

Sinead is such a positive, bubbly and motivating trainer. She will run through what your goals are in vivid detail and will tailor a programme to meet those goals. She’s a big advocate for proper technique and form and makes a huge effort to understand your own individual needs so is amazing for beginners or those who want to improve their form. One of my biggest fears before starting with her was simply going to the gym on my own. But Sinead makes sure I completely understand how to perform each and every exercise correctly and now I genuinely love working out on my own and my confidence on the gym floor has increased 10 fold. Sinead will absolutely instil both solid knowledge and confidence in you. 10/10 would recommend!

Sinead is definitely the most understanding coach I’ve had; she caters things to where you’re at but will push you to reach and exceed your capabilities! The sessions are always fun and her energy is great and contagious. I’ve really enjoyed training with sinead and getting back into after quite the hiatus and I’m really looking foreword to smashing goals in 2022! Thanks Sinead :)

What a game changer Sinead it. Or should I say, Life Changer. Having had years of personal and online training... with varying results, but not lasting success... Sinead is making THE difference. Her ability to balance compassion and not letting you get away with things, of focusing on the mental approach and tools, not just the aesthetics, her focus, support and responsiveness along with showing up and being in your corner... this has all made massive changes in my mental approach to fitness, nutrition and health, after only a few weeks. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has had a significant impact in only 4+ weeks. Hire her... you will not regret it. (Online client)

I have been training with Sinead for almost two months. The results I have seen are incomparable to the hard slogs in circuit and HIIT training I've done in the past. Sinead coaches with love, ensuring that each training session we are working towards my goals and allowing safe and correct progression with each exercise. It’s not just about the training program with Sinead, she coaches on mental well-being, healthy eating and having fun throughout. Highly recommend this beast of a PT!

From the get-go, Sinéad was very helpful and informative. Had a consultation where we talked through goals, past gym experience, injuries, and nutrition. She went away and put a plan together to implement over the coming weeks. After 4 weeks, she updated the plan, added new exercises etc for the next month. I'm more confident in the gym now and definitely noticed a difference in my body composition . Highly recommend!

I started training with Sinead when I was weak, unmotivated and in need of change. I was struggling with a lower back injury and Sinead helped me combat all of my pain. I have become strong, my habits and routine built with her have helped me become confident in the gym and has left my mental health better than ever. I enjoyed every session, even when it was tough facing anxiety, being sick, or just not wanting to exercise. I always left a session feeling energised and strong. Sinead has taught me so many skills that I will have for life. Her energy, motivation and knowledge is so empowering. I highly recommend Sinead ❤️❤️❤️

More than just a PT. Sinead has helped me incredible amounts, I had never been in a gym before and had built up this horrible vision of what a gym was in my head, she broke that down in only a few sessions, which I never thought could be done. I started as a timid and anxious person with feelings of discomfort when I first walked in. Sinead makes you feel so comfortable, and takes the time to understand how you are feeling - I always feel better walking out of our sessions than when I walked in. I started by saying “more than just a PT” and I mean this because she doesn’t just scream at you from the sidelines, we chat about other things that go on in life and what might be affecting your efforts in the gym, she has a genuine interest in helping you, not just in the gym, I feel like she understands me as a person, more than just a PT - a friend. I’ve only been training with Sinead for over a month, and I have noticed quite significantly my body changing, I am 100% more confident in myself and I’ve recently been able to go to the gym on my own, which, again is something I thought I couldn’t do. I had the same concerns I had about walking into the gym than I did walking into a nutrition store to get protein powder, I mentioned this to Sinead, and she took time out of her own day to come with me and assist me in purchasing protein - just goes to show how much she is willing to go out of her way to help her clients. Sinead is patient, caring, but at the same time pushes you to achieve your best results. The progress I have made in little over a month is proof of that. I highly recommend Sinead to anyone who is feeling like I was, I’ve still got a long way to go, but I know Sinead is the right person to get me there.
