Rococo Hair Lounge

Went to this hairdresser because it’s supposed to be one of the best in Ballarat. This hairdresser had no idea what she was doing and totally hacked my hair. I was embarrassed to walk out of the salon or even leave the house. Another hair salon tried to fix it but it will need to grow. I complained it looks like a man’s cut and unfortunately she agreed. With important events coming up my hair is ruined. If you want a good cut stay away from this salon

Odd that other people say their coffee is great, I didn't even get offered a glass of water! For $42.00 I got a cut, no hair wash, and I had to get my partner to even up my sideburns and go over the sides and back with clippers to neaten everything up and properly trim my hairline when I got home.... And my partner isn't even a hairdresser!Same kind of cut quality and service you get in a $14.00 chop shop in Melbourne. Guess I'll have to keep looking for a decent hairdresser here in Ballarat, because Rococo definitely wasn't it!

Didn't think I'd find another hairdresser that got my curly hair after leaving Sydney, but I did! Always walk out of a session with Tash loving my hair.

This is so cool. The black is a little claustrophobic but the mirrors and green look great. Very glad Greg is part of the team. I will be back!

Fantastic salon and the staff are lovely. High quality haircuts and service for adults and children alike. Will always be back!!

My hair is now a hacked, uneven mess....paid 240 and 260 on the first 2 visits for foils that only covered the top and colours too dark. Third visit no better. Have never, over many decades, had such a mess made of my hair.....and for my daughter's wedding.

Tia is just amazing. I just love her doing my hair. She is so friendly and for a young girl she is wonderful at what she does. She knows how to keep me happy and I never leave disappointed. What a credit to your business. I don’t know if you read this Tia but if you do please know you are what keeps is coming back. You are an asset and I would highly recommend you to anyone.
