Did not fit my screen cover properly bubbles all through it which also affected th er camera quality, when I returned to the store to get the issue resolved he said he said he would fit a new one but after doing so then proceeded to charge me another $30 despite me paying $35 for the original one that was not fitted correctly as they do not honour their work. Absolute rip off and will never shop with them again or any associated with the same group. If I could score no stars I would have. When I got home after they have closed they have also overcharged me by tapping my credit card a higher value than the quoted price they gave me and only gave me their register receipt for the lower value so now I am fighting for a refund. Worst business I have ever dealt with.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional and incompetent business in Adelaide. Took an iPad for repair, replacement screen stopped working within warranty as was glitching. Repaired for a second time only to stop working a further 2 weeks later. Technician then calls to say warranty has run out and can’t be fixed and hangs up phone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE. It’s a shame there’s no rating below 1 star.

You would think an iPhone 8 battery change would be simple. At CaseNOTPro it is not. I mean yes, the battery was changed but front speaker, front camera and touch id no longer work, if you think that’s a win come to this place.When we realised the front camera/speaker was broken, we returned to the store to complain. The store manager Austin (who according to the employee is a tech specialist") initially denied this was their fault

Friendly owner and quick service. Got my old phone's battery and LCD screen replaced last week before lockdown. Thank god, I can have my phone back on time with reasonable price. Under promise, over delivered. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! I have took my 11 pro max for screen replacement, they quoted me a reasonable price and fixed it within 30 mins, phone became new again, thanks Austin, he doing a good job.

I had an old phone with a smashed hard to get LCD, they sourced one and was redy to go in quick time at a very reasonable price. Polite and pleasant service as well. Very impressed.

I specifically asked for a case for Oppo AX7. After rummaging around the manager/ owner came up with a case for a different phone, showed me the fit, which slightly covered edge of the camera, but didn't affect taking a photo. He kept saying Its ok". So I stupidly agreed to purchase the $35!! case. I wasn't given a receipt or the original packagin. Over the next day I realised the volume buttons

Hi I wish there was a score of no star , really bad customer service ! Bought a screen card for $40 for a really cheap quality one ! Started cracking in a week and the phone sensitivity have reduced significantly! They refuse to replace or refund! Be really careful with the quality of the products!

An outstanding service. We were assisted by sales consultant, Sam. In what had been a tough day (broke my phone and had to buy a new one), Sam made life so much easier, helping us to find a case amid panic and distress. He was very patient and kind. Highly, highly recommend.
