I did a refinancing of a home loan and purchased a new property with Graham. The loan amount he was able to help me with was more than I anticipated. I also liked using the portal, I think that made the initial process a lot easier. He was always available to answer my queries. Unfortunately for me, the process wasn't very smooth. The bank took a really long time for both the approval and settlement process which caused a lot of stress on my end. Graham did his best to get me through the line and the bank's delay was beyond his control. However, I do wish that as the expert, he would have anticipated some of this in the current housing market and I could have prepared accordingly. I still recommend Graham to people looking for a home loan, with the expectation that he will prepare in advance for any hold ups.
