I would never ever buy anything from them and suggest if you heard their name, just run!They sold me a cabinet and said it is available in stock. I called them for pick up and they said all good. Come and pick it up. I drived 1 hour to get to their warehouse and I was waiting there for over than 1 hour.Then they said sorry it is not available and they can't find it and said they will call me next week.They didn't call me and after couple of days I called them and after 3-4 times follow ups, they said I have 2 options. Option 1 to get refund and option 2 to wait another 14 weeks.I am really upset and angry with their response and have raised it with fair trading.

DO NOT Buy anything from Ashley Furniture. I ordered a dining table and chairs and it took 7 months to be delivered. Every time I asked when it was coming I was told it was coming next month or that some items had been delayed which delayed the whole order. Absolutely useless and they didn’t care. I was told finally that the order was being delivered on a Saturday and I stayed home all day, nothing arrived and when I questioned what happened I was told nothing was confirmed with the delivery partner - why could you have not told me that instead of wasting my time ?! It is not the store themselves. The sales people are great, it’s the after sales that is pathetic.

Bought one of their typical sectional lounges ‘’Alenya’ approx $1600.The quality is extremely poor - it feels like it’s 10 years old after owning it for 6 months - really thin fabric, no solid backing to sides or rear (just fabric only so it’s hollow behind). It’s made in Vietnam.It’s so bad I’m considering selling it at a big loss to get a different one from another seller.

I'd purchased a bed with two side tables that we understandably waited for 10 weeks to arrive. Upon picking up our best side tables one was fine but the other was not. Clearly one was either returned or dropped on the ground left right and centre resulting in it being damaged beyond the point we were unable to assemble it at all. No biggie so we rang the store and was told to email there claims department with photos to only get a response that there repair technician will come and repair the damage however he is currently on leave until November. After replying to the email and going to the store to express how disappointed we were and that we just would like to swap it over for another, they told me they will get back to me with an answer ASAP. Soon after we get an email to say they will order another one but it will take 14 weeks for it to arrive! After already waiting over 10 weeks all we got was just wait again for another one to come. Steer clear from this franchise as they clearly have no interest in helping there customers and would rather take your money and wash their hands of any defects. Giving one star is being generous.

I read the reviews after I bought from them which is not the ideal thing to do. Service is the worst ! First of all huge waiting period and everything is ETA" not confirmed even if you press on the "urgency" and the ETA period is over. Secondly if you call them multiple times

Have recently bought bedroom package after buying a lounge last year. The service is fantastic, the staff are all extremely knowledgeable and really try to fit the product to your needs. We have now just gone back again and bought a dining setting. Will continue to go back and furnish my entire house from this wonderful business. Thanks ladies.

Me and my partner bought a coffee table, got into the warehouse to get it. We heard a big crack when the delivery guy carried it into the van and when we assembled it, its all smashed at the bottom part of table. We patiently called the store and got told to email. The person got back to us and said it wasn’t manufacturing/ delivery fault. So we ended up with a smashed table! Do not even go to this store ever! Never again! Display looks appealing but you’ll get rubbish products

Ashley is the terrible place to buy your home furniture. I have faced so many problems because of them. First the furniture was not delivered on time. Secondly my lounge was delivered faulty and still in warranty and its been 9 months my issue with lounge is not resolved and all I am getting is excuses from them to wait more. They are so irresponsible toward there customers complaints and so arrogant as well. Even the store manager needs to take some responsibility regarding customers complaint as they wont even bother to reply back or call even they promised.

totally lov the furniture BUT terrible service.......i read other reviews after buying and had hoped i wouldnt have any trouble but alas was not to be. 8 mths after a damaged delivery, 15 emails n 5 phone calls later finally had a guy came to fix but .......... only 1 lounge not all pieces!!!! and he knew nothing of dressing table!!!!! which was all in same email etc......i guess ill have to wait 8 mths a item.......so an updateThey have promised a $300 refund so they wouldn't have to come and fix!!!!! That was 5 mtgs ago still haven't seen any cost.I bought a lounge suite....a panel on each was damaged. Bedroom suite and dressing table has cracked panel. Bedside tables have chuck out of them
