Top job, very happy with the refurbished table.

Run as fast as you can in the other direction and DO NOT fall for his self proclamation and grand stories of being a French Polisher! John from JR French Polishing has extremely poor workmanship, knows nothing about the type of finishing required as per photos below - this is the finished product he gave my desk and chair back in! Charged me $850 to re-finish the whole desk and chair in the same colour and antique rub, but only touched it up along some of the edges with white paint and re-sprayed the top in a different colour, patchy and with a rough sandpaper finish. Even sprayed over the antique rub and didn't bother to re-rub the coffee colour back in. Absolutely Shameful !!!

Turned what most people would have thrown away into something that looks very nice. Thanks.

John, the owner of JR polishing is a fraud. I don’t think he is a French polisher. His work is the worst I have ever seen. He painted our furniture in the wrong colour and returned it with undercoat only . When we went to open a door the paint came off.. He never returned our furniture when he promised. Keeping it for extra months. He is a smooth talker but cannot be trusted. It cost us $2,000 a total waste of money. Don’t get caught!
