got there 10 minutes early for a 9:45 booking on an early sat morning only to wait 25 minutes for the girl who was starting at 10am to pierce my ear. i don’t know why they let me book that time if the person wasn’t even there yet? at about 10:05 one of the employees came up to me and said they can’t “legally” do the piercing because management had to sign off some forms but then why was i booked in? the lovely employee offered to rebook me in and get a discount the next day which i said yes to but then felt anxious to go in so I cancelled it when i got home. wasn’t really fair for me to wait so long. I love going there but i don’t think I will for a while because of this :/

Got my 1st piercing done here, friendly staff and clean environment, Mia did an excellent job and explained everything I needed to know.

I am extremely disappointed with today's service at Skin Kandy FG. I walked in and asked one staff member, if I buy a jewellery for my conch, is she able to put it in for me, she said yes but I'll have to wait for the room to be empty. She told me to buy the jewellery and come back in half an hour. I asked her if i need to book an appointment she said no need. I bought the jewellery and went back after 30 minutes, I was faced with other two staff members telling me to come back in additional 20 minutes. They seemed very unapologetic about it as they were busy. I understand they were busy but I did ask if i need to book an appointment she had said no. I would of appreciate it if she told me she is fully booked and she can't put the jewellery in for me so I don't waste my time keep walking in the store.

Very satisfied. Got ear pierced for my 8 years daughter. Very nervous as it was our first experience in Australia. It's only a week now and she feel it is fully healed. Never had a pain at any point of time. We kept spraying 3 times a day as recommended. Highly recommended.

booked an appointment for 18/06/23 for my friends belly piercing, being as i and her mum had one we where aware of the the risks and what could happen at a young age (14). However I never had any issues and mine was done at 12. The young guy in the store asked us if anyone had spoken to us about the navel piercing, we said no and he continued to explain the risks and things that could happen at this age (infections & rejection). We listened to what he had to say but we already knew that she wanted it done no matter what. We told them we wanted it done. A few minutes later my friend went in for the ‘anatomy’ check and when she came out was told to wait a year. We knew the risks and she continued to still insist that it was a bad idea and that she doesn’t recommend doing it. She also stated that “she wasn’t bad at piercing” and that everyone she had pierced at our age has had issues. We understood that there was a higher risk for her age but we still wanted it done. The lady in the store grew visibly mad and started being quite rude and blunt towards us. She told us to take 5 minutes and come back with an answer even after we said we still wanted it. She eventually did the piercing, but then told my friend in an abrupt tone “you have to do what i say, otherwise the piercing will reject”. Her mum payed and i wanted to buy a piercing too, i said “i would like to buy this too please” she snatched it in silence and didn’t say another word. Overall very poor customer service. Would not recommend going to this store.

I had my nose pierced here nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t had any issues with the healing process at all.Ashley was incredibly patient and reassuring, the pain level was also more than manageable! Definitely the least painful piercing i’ve ever had.

Today I went to get a double helix (Ryan) and nose piercing (Kristy) done. Both Ryan and Kristy were accomodating to where I wanted my piercings located and took into consideration where they had previously been placed by Cassie (from the same store) before the holes had closed over after an unrelated surgery I’d had. Kristy explained the different types of jewellery and metals which made choosing them a breeze. The booking process was easy and the reception staff were also very polite! Overall, I look forward to returning for my future piercings! Keep up the brilliant work. :)

I went to get my nose piercing done firs time super excited. Everything went well and went home and used the spray to clean my nose and all was going well. After 2 days of having my nose stud i noticed it started to go into my nose skin and not sit on top like its normally meant to. I went back the next day and they had a look at my nose stud and i was told they used a smaller stud on my nose for why it wasn't healing properly and was going into my nose.The lady took it out and told me to come back in 2 weeks for them to re pierce it with no additional costs due to me already paying it the first time. I went back and showed them a photo of what my nose stud looked like when i got it done the firs time, they were so helpful and understanding and put a bigger stud in my nose with a flat back and even to this day it has healed beautifully and had no issues since.Thank you again for helping me out and making me feel comfortable and understanding of the situation

We've been here multiple times for piercing and after care advice and the team have always been helpful and more than willing to assist. Highly recommended.
