Recommended almost everything get replaced on my 3 year old bike, bought from 99 bikes, when I took it in for service. After spending almost as much as the bike cost, it runs worse now than it did before the service. Don't waste your money!?

A fantastic store. My partner and I are new to the world of bikes. We had an awesome guy named Brock who helped us. Cannot recommend him higher. Experienced, helpful and super friendly. Brock explained the different types of bikes, showing us the bike best suited to my partner - Even had a test ride! Thank you for your outstanding customer service! Will certainly be returning.

Great range and some good deals, but unfortunately the after sales service is absolutely rubbish. I spent a fair bit of $$$ for my son’s birthday, but there was no “hand over” at all. No one bothered to take my son through the bike (his first with gears), and even after asking, no one was willing to install my car bike rack or show me how.

Great service here!! Mitch and Angus as well as the other always been happy to help me through my triathlon biking journey, helping changing tri-bars as well as adjusting my gears wherever I need it. Anytime I will have trouble with my bike I know where to go!

It's really hard to buy something when there's no price tag on the items ( Helmets ) had to get the price off the website in the store on my phone. And the price wasn't even the same as website. Completely redeem by the quality service though.

Last night my family went into your Bowen Hills store to pick up two bikes that were serviced while also purchasing a new one for my daughter. We were serviced by Sam who was exceptional! His service, communication and assistance was second to none. He was very knowledgeable on which bike would be best for my daughter. In addition, he assisted us loading the bikes onto a rack at the back of our car when he saw we were loading them incorrectly. This was of huge assistance as without his intervention, the bikes may have fallen off the back. Big thank you to Sam!!
