Dr Baig is great and knowledgeable doctor. Very easy going and caring. Highly recommend this clinic

Reception is the best Magie & others are all friendly. Coming here since 2007 and so far is the best health clinic in Melbourne, always got treated with best advise. Job of the GP is to look after your needs & by law other emergencies had to be referred to the Hospitals. Dr Baig is The Best Doctor at this Clinic.Those who complaint about the wait time needs to consider what Our Government has done to Medicare. It’s not the fault of the Doctor at all, Doctors are human as well. We complain like it’s the Doctor who has got the scan in his eyes and tell us what to do. Look after your self by eat well and exercise, Don’t just keep on biting sugar and rubbish as in fast food ( then Doctor has to cop it of your silly actions ).

I had an appointment with Dr Papagelis.He told me that a have flu virus.I asked for work certificate for one day. Mentioned that manager at my work asked me to stay at home.He said that my request makes no sense and refuse to provide one.Second time I have to deal with this doctor.Doctor Papagelis has an arrogant attitude and is no willing to listen.I would avoid him at all cost.Get Doctor Baig, instead. He cares.

One of the worst clinics in the Northern Suburbs. If you care about your health, go literally anywhere else. Dr. Singh is the most disgusting, disrespectful and unhelpful practitioner I have ever seen. I have unfortunately dealt with him a handful of times and each time he has managed to be ruder than the last. The wait times are beyond unreasonable, you will be waiting an extra 2 hours minimum past your appointment time. This clinic does not deserve a overall rating above 2 stars.

It was the worse experience ever with dr. Papagellis an extremely rude person , i’ll try my best to report him to the AHPRA he needs to loss his registration because of his attitudes, please don’t visit him.

I have been going to this centre for almost six years.This medical centre is located next to Northern Health in Broadmeadows.Ample of parking available with boom gates at the entrance and exit.Nice and friendly staff.They have a small pharmacy inside with Dorevitch pathology and a nursing room.There are different rooms for different Doctors.Dr. Wirasat Baig is just amazing. He will guide you with best of his interest.Highly recommended.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been to and would not recommend to anyone!!Don’t bother going in at the booked time because you won’t see a doctor until 1-2 hours later.Also Dr Papagelis clearly doesn’t care about his patients as he is rude and tries to rush every consultation. He also prescribed me medicine under a different patients name.If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Dr Arthur Papagelis has to be worst and rudest doctor I have ever dealt with. Came in feeling very unwell and with barely any voice, requesting a medical certificate to cover my leave at work. He accused me of faking my sickness for money and grilled me on why I wasn’t going to work. Extremely condescending, unprofessional and honestly just not a nice person. If you want to feel like you’re not being taken seriously when you’re already feeling terrible physically, book in with him- he’ll give you just that experience.

If I could give the clinic 0 stars I would, Dr. Papagellis is an absolute useless GP and poor excuse for a human being. He has a lack of care for his patients, is extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. As a GP he has a duty of care to help patients, the bare minimum. He told me to take cold and flu tablets and nothing was wrong with me when I was evidently physically ill. Do not recommend him as a GP. Also the receptionists are quite rude and have 0 customer service skills. They are very rude to migrants and those that do not speak english well, I have witnessed this multiple times over the years and have since changed Dr's. The clinic itself is horrible and needs to be assessed by the medical practitioners board (AHPRA). Also to note the wait times are ridiculous, appointment or not. Then when you finally arrive in the GP's room, they tell you they only have 5 minutes.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Partner and I came up for a checkup on a serious wound, was made to wait almost an hour, patients who came in 20-30 minutes after us were done and gone and we were still left waiting, asked twice how much longer it would be and was told to sit down.We were about to leave when the doctor finally called my partner in (no one else allowed in the rooms, by the way, but I’m aware that’s standard for most places) just to make us wait another 15 minutes before seeing him.I have never seen such blatant disrespect for patients. I am genuinely disgusted by our experience here
