Bad service must be the normal thing here.I did a click and collect order and spent like $115. Came in to pick it up. Ryan behind the register didn't even say hello, just yelled what is it" when I said I have a click and collect. Maybe I interrupted him from sitting down and eating his packet of chips..He was very rude

It was great l went there today bought $104.00 worth of stuff but only had a $100 bill so l asked them to take something off but then the kind lady said it's ok and wiped the $4.00 off what a beauty great staff and also very helpful.Cheers and God bless

Came in on the 15th of Dec, could see a few team members around. I was very unsure of where to look but no service was provided. If you want any sort of service I don't recommend coming here.

Sent a courier to do a pickup of a part that was supposed to be ready. It wasn't . Fortunately,for once I'd actually texted him full details of what he was to get otherwise I would have wasted my money and time. The staff on duty apparently sorted it out quickly but the guy who took the order isn't on my Xmas card list.

Been here today to grab some stuff to service my car.Got served by a young genuine blonde hair bloke who went above and beyond.Congrats Repco Richlands, you have earned yourself a client by your professional customer service.I have always been a Supercheap bloke but today on, i'll only get my parts at Repco.
