OUTBACK SHEDS

The WORST business we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They don't respond to phone calls or emails, they have a total disregard for their clients. The only thing they do efficiently is bill you, and manage negative social media. Avoid at all costs. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Problems with the shed flooding right from it being built, never provided sufficient drainage. Tried dealing with it myself until I ended up contacting Outback Sheds and they admitted fault then never fixed anything. Outback Sheds staff are rude over the phone, customer service is horrendous. Would not recommend to anyone that wants quality. They have hidden behind legal terms and don't care about their product or customers.

Do not use this company paid $6050 deposit 17 months ago no shed and he will not answer our calls or emails he has not refunded my deposit can not be trusted.

Overall, very disappointed, lack of communication, many delays, did not follow through, and still problems with shed not fixed after contacting more than once!! not impressed.

Don’t use this company, never answer emails or phone calls. Ever since it was built it has leaked. We have tried to make contact a number of times with no response. For a local business, they have done this to themselves.DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I heard these blokes couldn’t even build a decent thunder box, It seems there are a lot of fake positive reviews appearing in the last couple of months for this company, someone is trying to get their google star rating up falsely after some bad reviews. Shame on you, Honesty is the best policy!Like I said, This is what I have heard, from some very reputable sources. people are not impressed with the way YOU run your business perhaps, you should consider sticking to the terms you make under agreements with your customers, even if they are only handshake deals, which by the way are far more powerful than any piece of paper. This is a small town and people value respect and honesty, maybe you need too remember that. Good Luck with google reviews.

Trying to reach someone at this business since before 9am, there door is locked, and no one is answering there phone but it says on line they are opened!!

Do not use this company phones are never answered, emails are rarely replied to and information they give you regarding sheeting insulation and down-piping is incorrect. Time between initial quote and completion was around 11 months. ( process started in nov 2020, got building docs in march in 2021 completed September 2021. The builder they contracted was fantastic but everything else including customer service was a nightmare. Also their weatherproofing is not weatherproof". not once did the owners come to the site over the whole process."
