Staff are very knowledgeable and keen to help but note they cater more for professional/industrial sewing supplies and equipment so if you're after consumer grade stuff it's best to call ahead.I got enough thread to last me 10 years and a rotary cutting blade. Good prices.

Ben is the definition of customer service. Great value regarding servicing my sewing machine. Very quick turnaround within the same week (compared to other businesses offering domestic sewing machine service in the area & who make you wait 2 wks). Highly recommended!
