We had a fantastic experience purchasing our Mazda 3 from this dealership. Heather was the rep who looked after us and the customer service was exceptional. She was always attentive to our questions and followed up in a timely manner. It's amazing to not have a pushy person trying to get you to buy. Heather was patient and very helpful with our requests. I did voice my initial hesitation due to the low google rating but to be fair, we only had positive interactions with everyone from this dealership. A great experience, purchased a CX-5 Akera from Darby Sheppard, a very personable guy who went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Everything from an introduction to the Service guys, to a full explanation of the features and benefits of the vehicle, we could not be happier. I recently purchased a demonstrator Mazda6 wagon from here. The vehicle is excellent - looks good, has excellent technology and runs beautifully. I was also impressed by the staff, who managed to be both friendly and professional; they went out of their way to facilitate the process and make it a happy experience, not just a business transaction. Sales person Darby Sheppard not only showed me how everything worked on the car; he also put some time and effort into recording some of my music so it would be in a form that was compatible with the car's audio system. We were driving from Canberra to Wollongong when a warning light came on the dash of our 1 year old Mazda CX3. Pulled over, grabbed handbook, realised was tyre pressure problem. Checked pressure at next servo. Light was still on...stopped at Moss Vale Mazda. Could not have been more helpful. Gentleman at the desk drove it around the rear for a tech to have a look. Car returned in less than 5 minutes. All good. It was so nice to drive on knowing problem solved.
